SPT&S NEWS ITEM – April 24, 2016

Our club, Sauk Prairie Trap & Skeet, hosted 52 individual trap and skeet competitors for the 2016 Fight Diabetes Benefit shoot on Saturday, April 16. Thank you to the shooters, their families, and Club volunteers for making the all-day competition safe and successful. The competition netted a total of $1,293 for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Wisconsin, which will use the funds to help Wisconsin patients and conduct research on this important disease. Even the Scholastic Youth Team at the Club ran several charity shooting events and donated $100 to the cause. The weather was perfect for a good turnout. The Fight Diabetes Results are posted on this website. Look for more charity shoots at SPT&S in the future. These friendly and open-to-the-public competitions are a great opportunity for the Club to give back to the community.
